About Property
If a vacation home could be crowned ‘queen of the world’, SaffronStays Althea, Pawna would be the top contender. This veg-only, 4-bedroom Signature by SaffronStays pool estate near Lonavala, boasts a lush lawn and an azure pool
The unrestricted views of Lohagad peak, Pawna Lake, and private jacuzzis in every room put it on our bucket list for every season.
What can you do at SaffronStays Althea:
Sitting against the backdrop of a dense forest, this private villa with pool near Mumbai and Pune is the manifestation of a lifelong vision - owning a holiday home that marries flamboyance and cohesiveness. The airy, open interiors are ideal for family bonding, while the outdoors bestow a sense of vastness. Every nook and corner of this home is tastefully designed and curated by the Home Owner, with hints of rugged-chic beauty.
The expansive manicured lawns of this estate are perfect for big and small celebrations - a game of badminton, an outdoor activity or a game of table tennis. Meanwhile, the older folks can unwind with a cup of tea on the patio or take a walk through the backyard orchard dotted with fruit trees or spend time by the verandah, taking whiffs of the clean, cool air and enjoying the best Pawna Lake view it offers.
End your day with delectable, gourmet meals and a hearty BBQ, freshly prepared by the on-site chef. Top it off with a bonfire on chilly nights and take a trip down memory lane.
Layout of the Pool Villa:
Past the massive doors lies the European-inspired raw living room with 2 seating areas. The dining table, crafted from a single tree, can seat up to 12 guests at a time. The french windows that surround the room lend an indoor-outdoor living experience.
There are 3 rooms on the ground floor and 1 room on the first floor. Each room is dressed in sustained brick-and-buff colours and has an ensuite bathroom. This villa takes luxury to the next level - guests can access twin-seater private jacuzzis in every bathroom.
1 bedroom on the ground floor has a mezzanine attic stocked with books and games; the perfect den for kids and youngsters.
