This pool villa near Mumbai and Pune is dotted with several fruit trees including chikoo, jamun and lemon, and an organic herb garden.
The entrance level of the bungalow has an outdoor deck overlooking the lake, a living room, 2 bedrooms (with ensuite bathrooms) and 1 bedroom with common bathroom. A flight of stairs leads to the lower level with a living room, 3 bedrooms (with ensuite bathrooms), a swimming pool, a gazebo, lawns and a bar on wheels.
All the wooden furniture and artefacts at this holiday home in Lonavala are eco-friendly that were made by the home owner’s family using recycled trees.
Savour a traditional home-cooked Maharashtrian feast cooked by Mangal Tai including local dishes like matki (locally grown sprouts), jowar rotis, Indrani rice (locally grown rice) and sukha aloo to name a few.
