Know Before You Go

• - It is not a pet-friendly property.- In case of a power outage, the generator can support all fans, lights and basic appliances for up to 7 hours.- Guests can stay connected with complimentary Wi-Fi.
• Network is subject to availability at any given time.- All mobile networks work fairly well here.- Consumption of non-vegetarian food is allowed.- Guests can play mellow music inside the bedrooms and internal common areas.- Please note that playing music on the exterior areas of the property is strictly not allowed.- The external areas and living room are monitored via CCTV cameras for security purposes.- The caretaker stays on the premises of the same property.- This property is a part of a gated complex.- Guests are welcome to access the pool between 9 AM and 2 PM and again from 5 PM to 9 PM, following society regulations.- Please be mindful and keep noise to a minimum after 9 PM.- Roaming outside the premises is kindly restricted in line with society guidelines.- Guests are earnestly requested to treat the home with care.- Please note that consuming and ordering of outside meals is not allowed at the property.- Please note that guests cannot hire or bring any outside vendor for any events at the property.HOUSE RULES- Alcohol consumption is allowed in designated areas. - Smoking is allowed in the exterior areas of the villa only.POLICIES- The full payment must be made for your booking to be confirmed.- The number of guests must not exceed the count mentioned at the time of booking.- Only the guests who have been accounted for are allowed at the villa.- All guests must be able to share valid ID proofs when asked.
• This could be at the time of booking, and also upon arrival.- All foreign nationals must be able to share their passport and visa details prior to their stay.- Any damage to the property caused by the guest will be charged as per the actual cost of repair or replacement.- Any illegal activity - including but not limited to prostitution and the use of narcotics - is strictly not permitted.- Any commercial activity is strictly not permitted.- A refundable deposit will be collected by the caretaker/ Stay
• Vista representative at check-in and returned at check-out, provided there are no damages or missing items.- This entire amount is refunded within 5 working days, provided the total number of guests does not increase and the check-out time is adhered to. .
