• The Hosteller is a chain of backpacker hostels and is well suited for young backpacking travellers.
• As a brand, we do not recommend families and do not allow all those below 18 years of age to stay with us, nor do we allow admission of kids or infants under 18 years old, even if travelling with legal guardians The Hosteller's Myngl Cafe serves vegetarian options.
• To maintain the backpacking culture and community spirit we promote self service in all our cafes Silent hours : 10 PM - 8 AM Visitor timing: 9 AM to 9 PM. Non resident guests shall not be allowed beyond the common areas (most definitely not inside the guest rooms).
• We kindly request guests to refrain from drug, alcohol use.
• Violators will be promptly asked to leave and permanently blacklisted.
• We cannot guarantee accommodation in the same dorm room.
• Allocation of a room in a specific private room category may vary depending on availability until the time of check-in.
• Only female guests are permitted to check into the female dorm.
• If a male guest books this room type, check-in will be denied as per policy.
• Certain amenities like locks, bath kits, and towels are pay-as-you-go, allowing lower room prices and catering to diverse traveller preferences.
• Toiletries are charged extra for the guest in the dorm room.
• Right to admission is reserved.
• Guests are responsible for any damage except wear and tear and shall maintain room hygiene.
• Any form of misconduct towards fellow travellers, whether male or female, will result in immediate check-out from the premises.
• This includes, but is not limited to, verbal abuse, harassment, physical intimidation, or any inappropriate behavior that disrupts the comfort, safety, or wellbeing of others.
• Guests with local IDs are allowed in this property.
• Early check-in or late check-out is subject to availability and at the discretion of the management.
• Parking is available but subject to availability (limited to ten car spaces).
• Ironing facilities are available upon request from the reception (subject to availability).
• Hair dryer is available upon request from the reception (subject to availability).

• No refund will be issued if the booking falls outside the cancellation policy period.
• To promote responsible energy usage, designated energy-saving hours are followed at properties where air conditioning is provided as an amenity.
• Air conditioning in dormitory rooms will be non-operational between 11:00 AM and 2:00 PM, while air conditioning in common areas will be non-operational between 4:00 AM and 7:00 AM. During the dormitory energy-saving hours, air-conditioned common areas will remain available for guest comfort.
• Possession, consumption, or distribution of illegal drugs and narcotic substances is strictly prohibited across all properties.
• Alcohol consumption is permitted only in designated common areas and private rooms, while smoking is allowed only in designated smoking areas within the premises.
• Violation of any of the above policies may attract a penalty of ₹2,000 per incident, and repeated violations, misconduct, or non-compliance may result in immediate termination of stay without any refund.
• Smoking within the premises is not allowed.
